Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer at the The Joy Culture Foundation. Our mission is to provide a platform that strengthens family bonds through a deep understanding of Chinese culture and language. We aim to offer valuable resources to parents, allowing them to teach their children Chinese at home while truly engaging with and immersing in the environment of Chinese culture. Volunteer Benefits:

1. We provide comprehensive training and issue volunteer hour certificates.

2. After accumulating a certain number of hours, you can receive discounts on course registrations, membership fee reductions, and opportunities to participate in volunteer-exclusive events.

3. Helping others brings joy, and you will also have the chance to make new friends.

 

 

Current Volunteer Roles Needed:

1. Storytelling Volunteer: Read stories to children; if you can incorporate music, movement, or other elements, that would be fantastic!

2. Library Volunteer: Assist with shelving books and maintaining the library's environment; weekend help may be required.

3. Arts & Crafts Activity Volunteer: Have a flair for creativity? Design fun Arts & Crafts activities and lead children in engaging projects!

4. Event Volunteer: Not sure what you want to do but really want to volunteer? Then choose to be an Event On-Site Volunteer! (Events such as the Little Entrepreneur Fair and Mid-Autumn Festival activities are usually held on weekends.)  

5. Teaching Assistant: The teacher's little helper during class is also very important!
