成⻑大冒險:歡迎⻘春期的挑戰 The Growing-Up Adventure: Embracing the Challenges and Joys of Puberty Adolescence Workshop Outline 1. Adolescent Brain: Blame My Brain! 主題:我的腦袋在冒險!⻘春期大腦的秘密 🎯 了解⻘春期大腦的變化,學會多包容自己與他人,並勇敢尋求幫助。 Understand the changes in the adolescent brain, cultivate self-compassion, and seek help when needed. 2. Body Name and Boundary 主題:身體自主權,我的身體我作主。 Topic: My Body, My Rules! Understanding Bodily Autonomy 🎯 學會保護自己的身體界線,理解性自主權的重要性,並能識別危險信號。 Learn to protect personal boundaries, understand bodily autonomy, and identify potential dangers. 3. Puberty Body Change Topic: My Body Is Changing! The Magic of Puberty 🎯 Goal:了解⻘春期身體的變化,減少恐懼,增強信心。透過手作活動幫助孩子具象化月經,認識女性的身體特徵。 Understand bodily changes during puberty, reduce fear, and build confidence. Use hands-on activities to visualize the menstrual cycle and learn about female Instructor Bio: 怡如醫師奶酒媽咪 Yi Ju Chen, MD Founder, SWEE Academy Former Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Mackay Memorial Hospital, Taipei Specialized Training in Urogynecology, Mackay Memorial Hospital Producer, Sexual Assault Evidence Collection Training Video, Taitung Mackay Memorial Hospital Developer and Instructor of Family Sexuality Education Programs for Girl Scouts and Online Platforms Social Media Presence: Facebook @Nigelbook Dr. Yi Ju Chen is committed to advancing education and awareness in family sexuality and women's health through innovative programs and initiatives. *All workshops will be conducted mainly in English, with some Chinese supplemental materials. Cancellation Policy
• Programs may be canceled seven days before the first class date when the minimum enrollment is not met. Please register early. • If a class or program is canceled, participants are notified via email and will receive a full refund. Please note that refunds paid by credit card may take up to one to two weeks to process. • Any one- and two-time classes, special events or trial classes: Refunds are not available. • Classes: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 10 business days before the start of the course and are subject to a 15% or $50 processing charge, whichever is lower. For cancellations made 10 days or less from the start of the course, no refunds will be issued. • All cancellations need to be notified via email to info@thejoyculturefoundation.org
